Last updated: 03 MARCH 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to Goodlady Finance. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, technology solutions, introduction services, and strategic partnership programs (collectively, the "Services"). Goodlady Finance operates as a technology provider delivering proprietary financial intelligence tools, commercial finance intelligence tools, and collaborative network architectures. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and GOODLADY LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16986244 , with our registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.
2. Our Services
Goodlady Finance is a technology provider and strategic intelligence platform. We provide a platform that leverages our proprietary L4 Intelligence Engine to analyze business data and generate high-fidelity risk audits. This allows us to connect UK enterprises with a panel of potential lenders and financial institutions using institutional-grade fidelity.
- We provide introductions to commercial finance products and do not provide regulated advice.
- Partnership Ecosystem: We facilitate strategic alliances between professional advisors, SaaS platforms, and institutional nodes via our collaborative architecture.
- We do not charge you any upfront fees for our standard introduction services.
- We may receive a commission or finder's fee from lenders if you successfully obtain funding through our introduction.
- We do not guarantee that your application for finance will be approved by any lender.
Sandbox Environment: We maintain a standalone sandbox environment which can be initiated by joining our waitlist. This environment is designed for testing and demonstrating our AI-driven underwriting capabilities. Please be aware that this environment is separate and not associated with the live platform. Goodlady Limited is currently in the process of applying for direct authorization from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We are on our way to formalize our status to further expand our regulated service capabilities.
3. Billing & Payments
For services that require payment (such as premium risk audits or brand licensing), Goodlady Finance will use our authorised payment partner for secure transaction processing. By engaging in paid services, you agree to the payment terms associated with our institutional banking partners.
4. User Responsibilities
By using our Services, you confirm that:
